I wanted information on wildlife on Greek Islands as I am moving to Zakynthos in April 2006 to live.  This Site is very informative and well laid out.  I now am aware of what to expect on the Island when I return there.  Many, many thanks.

I am updating my information on the Anthicidae, and have found your website more useful than most. I have a general Coleoptera collection which I've been working on for roughly 40 years. The bulk of my specimens are from southeastern USA.

Very interesting site, professionally made. I did not know there were so many flowers and insects etc. on Thassos. Thanks for your efforts, I enjoyed it very much. We will go to Thasssos June 19th 2006 and we will use this site as our guide to find beautiful places.

Congratulations for the excellent page. It fills so many gaps of our knowledge about the wildlife of Thassos.

I must congratulate for the excellent pages. I study the Malacofauna of the Balcan Peninsula and I must write to tell you, that the sentences about Thassos malacofauna are correct, more: very good and fresh. Unfortunately I visited the island for a half day so I didn't find any news, maybe in the future, My best regards.

Although a bit north of Greece, the most detailed information [on your site] is highly useful in my own surroundings in Croatia/Dalmatia. Nature there is similar, however it may not be so hot in summer. Excellent, and a big compliment!
